Same platform. Different meter.
Every plan includes all sixteen module groups. What changes between plans is how many internal users are in the workspace and how much the workspace can use each month. Annual billing costs 20 percent less, the equivalent of two months free.

Adding one person should cost one person
Extra internal users are $29 each per month on any plan, so you are never pushed into a tier built for three times your headcount because you hired one bookkeeper. Put your real number in and see which plan the math actually lands on.
- Extra seats are billed at the same rate on every plan
- Deactivating a user releases the seat immediately
- Clients, learners and support customers are never seats
- Move up a plan when the usage pool runs short, not when the headcount does
$229 base plus 2 extra seats at $29
Next plan up would be $499 for 25 seats
Seats only. Your usage pool may point to a larger plan, and we will say so rather than let you undersize it.
Every dial, defined
Ten resources are measured. Open any one to see exactly what counts as a single unit, what each plan includes, and what happens when the meter runs high.
Internal users Seats
An internal user is a staff member, contractor or admin with a login to your workspace. Clients, course learners and support customers are external users: unlimited, and never counted here. Deactivating a user releases the seat immediately, and extra seats beyond the plan total are $29 each per month.

AI credits Pooled per month
AI credits are spent when the platform generates, summarizes, grades or analyzes something for you: drafting an email, scoring a lead, summarizing a ticket thread, writing a knowledge-base answer. Credits are pooled at the workspace level, so no individual has a private allowance to run out of halfway through a Tuesday. Simple requests are routed to smaller, cheaper models automatically, which makes the same balance go further than a flat per-request charge would.

Automation runs Pooled per month
One run is one complete execution of a workflow, from trigger to final action, no matter how many steps or branches it contains. A workflow that sends an email, creates a task, updates a deal stage and notifies a manager counts as one run, not four. Runs that fail before firing any action are not counted.

Transactional emails Pooled per month
Transactional email is one-to-one system mail: invoice delivery, quote and signature requests, appointment confirmations, ticket replies, portal invitations, password resets and workflow notifications. It is counted separately from marketing so that a heavy billing month never eats into your campaign allowance.

Campaign emails Pooled per month
Campaign email is one-to-many marketing mail sent to an audience: newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements and re-engagement sends. One unit is one delivered message to one recipient. Consent, unsubscribe and suppression handling is built in, so suppressed addresses are never counted against you.

Connected accounts Concurrent
A connected account is one external mailbox, calendar or contact source linked to SDRBO, typically a staff member’s work email and calendar. These are counted separately from seats because not every user needs one. A field technician may need a login without ever syncing a mailbox, and you should not pay as though they did.

File storage Total held
Storage covers every file held in the workspace: attachments on records, proposal and contract documents, course materials, form uploads and portal files. Version history counts toward the total. Deleting a file returns the space at the next daily reconciliation.

E-sign requests Pooled per month
One e-sign request is one document sent for signature, regardless of how many signers it needs or how many reminders it takes to close. Signature capture, audit trail and completed-document storage are included, so there is no separate signing subscription to buy alongside SDRBO.

Processing units Pooled per month
Processing units cover heavy background jobs: bulk imports, deduplication passes, mass record updates, large exports, scheduled report generation and document rendering. Ordinary day-to-day use such as opening a record, saving a deal or running a search never consumes one.

API calls Pooled per month
One API call is one authenticated request to the SDRBO API from a system you control, or one inbound webhook delivery. Calls made by SDRBO’s own interface are not counted. This meter measures your integrations, not your use of the product.

What happens at the limit
Admins are notified as a meter approaches its monthly total. You can add capacity to that single resource without changing plans, and pooled meters reset at the start of each billing cycle. Running low on campaign email does not disable your CRM.

The fine print, in plain terms
Usage pools at the workspace, not the seat
One person running a heavy import does not reduce anyone else’s quota. The workspace shares one total for each metered resource.
Extra capacity does not require a plan change
If you need more of one resource, buy more of that resource. Upgrading is for when you need a permanently larger pool, not to unlock a feature.
Connected accounts are separate from seats
Not every user needs an email, calendar or contact connection, so you are not charged as though they all do.
Payment processing fees are not ours
Customer payments run through your own connected processor account. SDRBO does not take a percentage of your revenue and does not include those fees in the subscription.
What is out of scope stays out of scope
Full bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing, inventory and manufacturing ERP, advanced telephony and enterprise BI are not included at any price. No plan unlocks them.
Straight answers
How much does SDRBO cost?
Five plans, billed monthly: Solo at $119 for 1 internal user, Small Team at $229 for 10, Growing Team at $499 for 25, Established Team at $1,399 for 75, and Enterprise at $3,499 for 200. Annual billing costs 20 percent less, which is equivalent to two months free.
Does the cheapest plan include every feature?
Yes. The $119 Solo plan contains the same sixteen module groups as the $3,499 Enterprise plan. Plans differ only in the number of internal users and the size of the pooled monthly usage allowance.
What does an extra user cost?
Additional internal users are $29 each per month on any plan. A team of twelve can stay on Small Team and pay $287 a month rather than moving to a plan sized for twenty-five.
What happens if we hit a monthly limit?
Admins are notified as a meter approaches its total, and you can purchase more of that specific resource without changing plans. Running low on one resource does not disable unrelated parts of the platform.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes, 20 percent. Solo is $95 per month billed at $1,140 annually, Small Team $183 at $2,196, Growing Team $399 at $4,788, Established Team $1,119 at $13,428, and Enterprise $2,799 at $33,588.
Do clients and customers count as users?
No. Portal clients, course learners and support customers are unlimited and never billed. Only staff with a login to your workspace consume a seat.
Are there setup or migration fees?
Import, field mapping, deduplication and merge tools are included in the platform at every plan. If you want us to run the migration for you, that is quoted separately and you will see the number before you commit to anything.
Not sure which meter you would actually hit?
Tell us your headcount, your email volume and how much of the work is automated today. We will tell you which plan fits and say so plainly if a cheaper one would do.
