About
Built for the businesses the enterprise tools quote at.
SDRBO is an all-in-one business operations platform for small and mid-sized companies. It started as a CRM and kept growing, because every business we looked at had the same problem: the work was one continuous process, and the software insisted it was nine separate purchases.
What SDRBO stands for
SDRBO is an acronym for System Development Resource for Business Operations. It describes exactly what the product is: one system, built as a resource that a business runs its operations on, rather than a single-purpose tool bolted to eight others.
Small businesses are not small versions of enterprises
A ten-person company still needs a real sales pipeline, a real project record, a real invoice, a real audit trail and a real way to train someone new. What it does not have is a procurement team to negotiate five contracts, or a budget that survives per-seat pricing on every tool in the stack.
So the tools get rationed. The bookkeeper does not get a CRM login because that is another eighty dollars a month. The field crew works off text messages. The onboarding checklist lives in one person’s head, and when that person leaves, so does the checklist.
Every workaround a small business builds around a locked feature becomes a process. The process becomes a habit. The habit outlives the software that caused it. We built SDRBO so the software stops being the reason the work is disorganized.
Four positions we price around
These are structural commitments, not marketing. They are the reason our pricing page lists ten usage numbers instead of four feature columns.
If it ships, it ships to everyone
The Solo plan and the Enterprise plan run identical software. Custom objects, audit logs, granular permissions, the API and the client portal are included at every price. Nothing is held back to create an upgrade path.
Permissions are not a premium feature
Restricting who can view pay rates or delete a customer record is safety equipment. Charging extra for it means charging extra for security, so roles and permissions are on the cheapest plan.
You are never penalized for growing
Contacts, projects, tickets, invoices, learners and portal users are unlimited. No business should be nudged to delete customer history to stay under a record cap.
Limits are published in advance
Ten resources are metered, each with a written definition of what counts as one unit. You can read every number before you buy and see every meter inside the product.
Decisions made once, on purpose
The architecture reflects the pricing. A platform that promises everyone the same product has to be built so that everyone can actually be given the same product.
- Each customer workspace runs against its own isolated database, not a shared table filtered by account
- Every workspace runs the same codebase, configured through values rather than forked code
- A fix ships to every customer at once, so nobody is stranded on an old version
- Roles, audit logging and record history are part of the core, not an enterprise module
- Scope is defended actively, because a platform that claims everything does most of it badly
Reporting for duty
Our mascot comes from the mid-century utility tradition, the era when the power company drew a character to explain the service it provided, and then actually provided it.
That is the standard we borrowed. A utility shows up. It publishes what it charges and what it delivers. It does not make you negotiate for the parts you already assumed you had bought, and it does not switch off the lights in the kitchen because you are only on the residential plan.
The salute is a promise about service, not a costume.
An honest status report
SDRBO is a young platform, and we would rather be exact than impressive. We do not currently hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation, and we will tell you that on a security questionnaire rather than deflect it. If a formal audit is a requirement for your business, say so during evaluation and you will get a straight answer about timing instead of a maybe.
What we can tell you is what is already true: the full platform exists at every price, the limits are published, your data lives in its own database, and every core record exports on demand. If SDRBO is the wrong fit for what you do, we would rather say so in the first conversation than collect a year of your subscription finding out.
What we deliberately do not build
Full bookkeeping and accounting, payroll processing and tax filing, warehouse and inventory ERP, manufacturing ERP, advanced call-center telephony, and deep enterprise business intelligence. If your business depends on one of those, SDRBO can still run the customer-facing half of your operation and hand data to the specialist system through the API, webhooks or scheduled exports.
Come see the whole thing
No gated demo and no partial sandbox. You will be looking at the same platform every subscriber gets, on the plan you would actually buy.
